"The hosts were beyond great. The loft was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. We got hit with a big snowstorm (17 inches overnight), and luckily they were offering, BOGO night, which was honestly amazing. They also helped dig my car out the next day and even mailed me a water bottle I left behind. Just genuinely good people and a great place to stay. There is also a bar in walking distance, which is very convenient. "

"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. "My stay was really good! The staff was excellent, very polite and welcoming. The room was cozy. A couple of the pillows were too small in the pillowcases, and weren't that comfortable and my lampshade was tore; however, Everything else was great! Breakfast was great! I'll Definitely visit again!"

"The hotel was fine but we had no towels in the room initially and then no soap or shampoo in the shower. The pillows were very small. However, the room was clean as well as the breakfast room."
