I paid for a Jacuzzi suite, it had no curtains. I spoke to the front desk and the person I spoke to told me they will personally look for curtains and put them up. Instead he left and didn't tell the over night person about the issue. I waited in the room for him. I didn't get blinds until 3am and I had to rig them up myself because they didn't have hooks.

Great hotel if you have kids that need to be entertained. The pool area and the arcade were great. The rooms were average, but clean. The restaurant had grumpy servers and food was not great. Beware, the kids meals do not come with a drink, so your $6.99 kids meal and $3 drink will cost you $10 to feed them.

The 2 queen beds were actually full beds (54" wide) so oldest grandchild had to sleep on floor. We had 3 with us. The free breakfast never occurred so that was another negative. The person at the desk said the restraunt is contracted out, nothing they could do. Kids liked the pool.

water park was ok. However the water was really cloudy, had a lot of different things floating in it. The hot tub was broke. My grandson loved the slides. Most of the staff was rude. Do not eat at the Boss it's really bad. Even the free breakfast was inedible. We did not have any maid service during our stay. There was no information at all in the room. Not even about pool times. Oh and the vending machine charged me 220 dollars for 3 snacks.
