Location, room is too small and bed frame had sharp edges sticking out that may cut your hand as you sleep and roam hands.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The staff and checkin process was excellent and every effort was made to make our anniversary very special. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and the shower facility was out of this world. We would stay here again without hesitation. Location being incredible was just the icing on the cake

Great location, right on Gran Via. It was a bit confusing when checking in. You have to go to the 8th floor to do that. Nonetheless, the greeters at the front desk were very helpful. They spoke and understood English and tried to understand our choppy Spanish.
