I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The room was very old and smelly. The tiles in the bathroom were black with mildew. The WiFi wasn't accessible in the room and only barely there near the restaurant or in reception. We booked a king bed and were given a room with two singles

Great Stay at Mentari Sanur!

I had such a wonderful time at Mentari Sanur Hotel! I stayed 6 nights, and I was sooo thankful for the peaceful environment inside the hotel, as the beach area is quite festive. The garden area inside the hotel is beautiful and the pool is great! Also, the room was quite large and the balcony was so pleasant. All the staff I met were very polite, helpful and professional.

WiFi環境が弱すぎでダメダメです

スタッフ全員対応がよい！全体的に建物は古いですがちゃんと掃除もしてありWベッドをリクエストしてましたが行ったらいっぱいでツインになるとのことでしたが一生懸命なんとかしてくれて凄く誠意が伝わりました！ただWiFi環境がを弱すぎてダメダメでした！早く改善してくれれば完璧なんでまた泊まりたいホテルです

A lovely facility with beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Just watch out for the lady pushing to give you a massage, she can be quite in your face about it. Otherwise the rest of the staff were all lovely. Short walk to the beach, very comfortable accommodation, the biggest bed we’ve ever seen and a beautiful pool

Nice pool and garden, not the best rooms

Nice hotel with great pool and garden, but the room was a bit old. My pillow smelled quite damp. I just noticed in the middle of the night so it was too late to ask for a different pillow. The staff is super nice and happy to help with every question. I think the price is a bit high for the comfort of the room.

夜でもプールが使い放題なので、ほぼ貸し切りのような状態で、満天の星空と夜のプールを楽しめます。 また、シャトルバス乗り場のすぐ横なので、帰りの空港までの費用も安くつきます。

観光の拠点にはいい

ホテルの場所は路地入った場所なのでちょっとわかりづらい。ロケーションはスーパーもバス停もビーチも近いので便利だがサヌールの繁華街はちょっと遠い。後シャワーの出が悪い。

ビーチに歩いていけるどこに行くにも便利なホテル

今回で6回目くらいの滞在です。いつもながらスタッフは素晴らしいです。ビーチにも歩いて行けて、クタやジンバランには、ブルーバス乗り場が、徒歩5分くらいのところにあり、困りません。ウブドにはプラマバスの乗り場がホテルから通りに出た場所にあるので、こちらも便利です。クラクラバス使う方には停留所から遠いので、ご注意下さい。(マクドナルドもしくはギャラリーコーヒーまで歩かなくてはならない。)他にこのホテルが良いのは静かなところですね。少し奥まっているので、街の騒音は一切聞こえません。ひとつ気になったことはテレビが映らなかったことですね。(私はテレビ見ないので影響なしです。)静かな宿で、久しぶりに熟眠したという印象です。バリに滞在する時は、また、泊まろうと思います。

Lugtede fugtigt, mug på værelset og det dryppede ind når det regnede. Billederne fra nettet snyder meget, hotellet er generelt gammelt. Restauranten havde udsolgt af halvdelen på menukortet.

Fint hotel ikke langt fra stranden

Vi boede der i 3 nætter. Det ligger fint i forhold til stranden - det tager ikke mere end 5 min, men man skal gå langt til højre når man når stranden da turist bådene har taget meget af pladsen i starten af stranden. Det er ikke fantastisk badestrand, da det er meget lavvandet. Man kan gå ind til hovedvejen langs stranden - den føles dog meget lang så gå heller den anden vej men pas på trafikken og huller i fortovet. Hotellet er overordnet rigtig fint, men badeværelset var ikke det lækreste. Der lugtede af skimmel og man kunne ane skimmel på badeforhæng og i fugerne. Pool området er ikke så stort men fint. Morgenmaden er meget kedelig og får 2 stjerner - vi kunne ikke have boet der flere nætter - man ville gerne videre. Fint hotel for pengene men heller ikke mere

バリのどこに行くにも便利なホテル

いつもバリに行った際には、ムンタリを使わせて頂いてます。場所はサヌールビーチの端になりますけど、サヌールからクタ、ヌサドゥア、ウブドにも容易にバスで行けます。すぐ近くにPeremaバスの乗り場と通りに出れば、トランススラバギタがバトゥブランからヌサドゥアまで約15分間隔で走ってます。クラクラバスのバス停は少し遠いのですが、それも利用可能なので、宿泊の拠点としてはかなり便利が高いです。ホテルのクオリティもお値段的に安い方の部類に入るのですが、まあまあだと思います。ホテル滞在重視型の方には向きませんが、ここを拠点としてバリ島内を色々移動して楽しみたい方には良いと思います。ひとつだけ残念なのは、来るたびに物価があがっているせいだと思いますが、朝飯が貧相になってきました。アメリカンブレックファーストを頼むとトーストにはバターとジャムが必ず着いていたのに、今回はそういうものが一切付いていませんでした。そこはお値段上げても改善して欲しいと思います。

Efter 22 timmars resande landade vi sent på natten 23:20 , tog taxi till hotell. Ingen där , bara säkerhetsvakt och ingen nyckel att få. Efter 20 minuter fick vi rum , men innan dess pratade den trevlige vakten att han kunde hjälpa oss att hitta annan hotel. Vårt rum var betald i förhand. Vi hade planerat att stanna längre men vi flyttade till annan hotel

First Stay at a Sanur Area hotel.

It was the price we paid for. Not high class. Not low class. Could have been better equipped, but adequate. Meals could have been more varied, but adequate - just don't stay there for too many days. Was given an 'upgraded' room when we asked for a king-sized bed, but it was on the 2nd floor (think long flight of steps - no lift - knee problem) and there was not internet access there. So asked to changed back to a ground floor room where we were originally given. Internet yes - limited. Room quite dim and no kettle for boiling water, but as I said, adequate.

Hotel in a quiet area

This is our second time at the Mentari Sanur and we are not sure if we would stay there again. Once again, the staff accepted a booking for a double room and then only had a twin available. Very embarrassing as we were travelling with friends on their first visit to Bali and the same thing happened to them. The hot water in our room wasn't working and couldn't be repaired.
