« What a cute property for budget accommodations. It was bigger than I expected and loved the King bed and comfortable sheets. The full capacity washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. »

« We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable. »

« Beautiful place. Rooftop seating is very private and has nice views. Neighborhood had a lot of great food options. Aged CVS and really nice organic grocery store are within a few blocks - quick walk. Easy 25 min drive to downtown DC area. Unit parking is not obvious (as also stated by other reviews) - had to talk to locals to learn the 2 unit spots are across the street behind the green-teal house. The 2 spots do have signs saying they are reserved for the rental address. The 2 spots are for all...

« This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! »

« The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements. »

« We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. »

« The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful. »

« The cleaner did a ok job, I would suggest wiping the walls down as well I would highly suggest taking out the paper towels and adding a broom or some swiffers . I have never been to any rental where a broom/vaccum wasnt available. The logic should be if people want dry hands they can buy paper towels. But a broom is a necessity to keeping the apt clean. Especiall6 of its pet/kid friemdly no one wants to buy a broom on vacation. »

« When on vacation, location is important. And Reviews are important! This listing has 2 reviews only and there were no comments, so I feel it is important to be accurate here. While this listing boasts of it's close distance to various DC attractions, it is in a neighborhood and on a street corner that did not make me or my family feel safe. There are people lined up all along the street from noon well into the hours past midnight. We happened to be there during the week of July 4th so fireworks...

« Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ...

« This was a great, spacious condo for our family to celebrate UMD graduation, about a 20 minute drive away. It is just as it appears in photos, spread over 3 levels. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks and a 3-min drive to a cute neighborhood and amenities, restaurants and shops around Catholic U. Communication leading up to the stay was inconsistent but all worked out well. »
