"When I checked in i had no idea that that you had to be on the 8t floor in order to have a refrigerator in the room; I have a mediation that needs refrigeration--- how horrible that you were not aware of this prior to selecting a room. Also, very difficult manage the temperature of the showers due to the old and worn out knobs on the shower--- you couldn't read them for the temperature I felt I scalded myself using the shower-- very unsafe. Old hotel, be safe! and choose another"

"Liked that the property was close to lots of stores and Huntington Beach. The staff at the front desk was nice. There’s a couple of things disliked. We got the deluxe suite and it smelled like mildew. The room was not the cleanest. Our balcony overlooked a target which was meh . When we got back from dinner there was no parking in the hotel and their other lot is a 6’3 clearance which our truck would not clear so we had to park in a weird spot the staff told us to. Checkout is at 11 but we had cleaning ladies come by at 10:30."

"The room looked to have blood stains on the rolling chair like if someone was sitting down and had period blood soak through, the bed had hairs tucked away in it and the pull out sofa bed had food and hair on the bed. Breakfast was very poor as well the food and waffle station was not kept up and there was a line for food that was scrapped together, cold, eggs were wet and soggy, and they never replenished the food stations. On top of that there was not enough parking for us to park our vehicle in a designated stall, we had to park on a fire lane which I was directed to by the staff and I was up all night worrying about my vehicle, and wasnt sure if i would have a slot if we had to leave to get food. All in all this experience was nit what i was expecting from a Hilton owned property and will be reaching out to uper management."

"the staff was pleasant and helpful. There was some glitch at check-in when the front desk mixed up the room card keys between my room and my friend's room, which was next to mine. After the card key was correctly programmed, I was locked inside my room because the door lock did not work. Front desk came up and could not open the door, so they had to call facility. Facility took a while to open the door to my room, but the lock still was not fixed. The front desk person quickly switched me to a suite across the hall so I could still stay close to my friend's room. All and all, there was some issues but the hotel staff quickly handled the matter and was quite helpful. Room was clean, air condition works well, bed was good, I would come back."

"I was greeted by the most professional front desk manager named Nick. He helped me with directions Services an amazing smile. I would definitely stay there again because of Nick he gets a five star representing the hotel.!!!"
