« Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. We were in two rooms and both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink in one room would not drain, the shower in didn't work the other and neither TV offered closed captions for my hearing impaired daughter.
To make the stay even worse, the gal working the front desk was insensitive, rude and generally as helpful as a box of rocks. We tried to switch rooms shortly after arriving, but she would not make that happen.
