Properties under major construction, and we were not aware. Pool was empty restaurant was closed. Main entrance was closed. Really frustrated.

Hotel is under major construction. No pool, smelled like paint, crews working. Turned off the steel at one point, AC didn’t work and we had to call to get a tech out. Wish we knew about the construction ahead of time.

Place under construction and very dirty rooms. I had to cancel my June 17th and 18th reservations. I spoke to the manager I have a full refund coming and they said that Expedia would update me. Please advise me when my money is refunded into my account.

This was my worst stay ever at a hotel they did not advertise they were doing construction me and my wife couldn’t sleep past 9am due to all the noise the room was dirty shower was dirty bugs in the window and spiders the phone in the room was old and outdated went down stairs asked for extra towels they never arrived save your money and peace of mind and go somewhere else

Construction was going on 24/7 even on Sunday morning. Hallways dirty, with constant noise from workers. Hammers, drills. Also, there was no mention of $40.00 per day parking fee which also additional fee in Taxes, etc.

This hotel should not be open during construction!!!!! I got a sinus infection from the dust and fumes from being there for just 2hrs. Some of the workers are literally camped out on the patio, storing their groceries and preparing food on hot plates. The garage had standing water and they still tried to charge 40bucks for parking, ha!!! The whole place is under construction do not stay here under any conditions until it fully reopens.

The property is under heavy construction, the noise started very early in the day, the parking garage was very unsafe because of the construction, water everywhere with out any warning signs, plastic covered walls everywhere, I wish that would of been disclosed when booking the room, staff was very pleasant and that is the only reason we decided to stay, my elderly parents were also very tired and I was not going to try to book another room somewhere else, a hotel in those conditions should not be allowed to have guests, it is not safe.
