Clean and quite. I had good rest after my long day at work because my flight was next day. They even gave me extended checkout. Missed the breakfast because of oversleep, but manager was nice to offer me fruits. Fair price.

My flight was canceled and i had to stay a night in Dallas. I booked hotel through expedia and it was indeed one of the most comfortable bed. The people were nice and helpful. I had no battery on my phone or charger but frontdesk guy helped me get the ride in morning. Breakfast was good. Really good for the price i paid. Definitely coming back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and its near the airport and had an excellent experience. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The hotel's convenient location near the airport made my travel plans effortless. Highly recommended!

No hot water, no breakfast, elevators were out of service, and the lights were dim and flickering. When I asked for a refund, I was denied and told I would still be responsible for cancellation fees and first nights stay. Resulting in having to pay for another 2 nights at another hotel. Horrible experience.

Great property, easy checking in. Only issue was the fact i was there the night there were tornadoes in the area. I woke up to no power but that was no issue. My problem was after taking the stairs to exit, i couldnt get out. After banging on the door, an employee told me they couldnt open the door. So had to go back upstairs and wald to opposite side of hotel and use a different stairwell. Definitely glad there was no fire, but still scary that i couldnt exit from the starirwell on the first floor.
