"I absolutely loved everything about this host and her property. She is one of the best hosts I have yet to deal with, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The property is perfect for a solo traveler as myself, and I will definitely stay with her every time I come up to see my parents. I had my two dogs along, and they also were very welcome and loved her great yard to explore during morning coffee. This is a perfect spot for a quiet vacation, or just to enjoy while your in the area snorkeling or kayaking ,) she’s a great host if your not familiar with the area with every recommendation you can think of, her knowledge of the area was impressive. (And I lived in homosassa 15 years, and she knew a tad more than me ,) .) five out of five stars and I’m not normally a person to review but she definitely earned a stellar review."

"Great location on water with super friendly staff. Rooms are updated and comfortable. Only suggestion would be firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference. Comfortable lodge/lobby with great coffee shop. Don’t be deceived by the low rise off the main drag location. This place is wonderful. Nothing fancy but well maintained and such nice people. "

"Beautiful house and great location. I walked into the house and was absolutely in love. So in love I missed the step down into the living, which pitched me forward into a very heavy, well made coffee table. Marble top maybe? I immediately began bleeding and when i came to enough to know something wasn't right I couldn't see out of my right eye. Anyway, long story, went to local ER, which was very nice and conveniently close to the house. After a CT Scan I was flown by helicopter to Tampa General because I have multiple facial fractures and a brain bleed. Not that I wanted to see the sunset on the gulf that evening from a helicopter but that is how it was. Anyway, the house is terrific. My family stayed there and I stayed a night after my hospital stay and was very impressed by it. Wish I could have stayed longer and we could have done the things we had planned with our grandchildren but maybe next trip. Oops. Got to quit using the word trip. Bad memories. Just watch that first damn step."
