"The cabin was well equipped and perfect for our 4-legged children. The host/owner thought about everything to make our stay relaxing and smooth. The creek is easily accessible and creates a soothing sound and picturesque back drop. The cabin is a bit remote and takes a little time, on very curvy roads, to get into Boone or Blowing Rock."

"A quiet cabin at the end of a private drive... super secluded and NO through traffic. Perfectly located between West Jefferson, Boone and stunning Blowing Rock with nearby Moses Cone "Flat Top" home off the BRP.Lows in the low 50s and highs in the mid 70s in the middle of August! And wow, daily picture-perfect sunsets from the ridgeline overlooking a valley and Christmas tree farm. Be sure to be up around sunrise and watch the fawns & yearlings playing in the front yard. So amusing! Owner made contact before & during our stay (but not intrusive) just to make sure all was well... it wasn't... it was PERFECT! LOLThanks Paul for offering us your cabin for the week! Will certainly come back."

"This cabin is absolutely amazing. Its very remote (which we loved), but just a short 30-40 min drive to West Jefferson and Boone. The cabin is beautifully crafted and the sound of the babbling creek while sitting by the firepit with the bistro lights above was just magical. We would love to come back!"

"This place was amazing! The camper was perfect for me and my son and husband were able to set up a 6 person tent right behind the covered deck. The creek is beautiful and clean. The whole place was beautiful and relaxing. Renee was very easy to work with and super accommodating!"

"The bedroom was a little scrunched. There wasn't enough clearance between the end of the bed and the front wall where the windows were. I think it would have been okay if there wasn't a big headboard holding the bed away from the wall a little bit. The location is phenomenal the place is super clean. Had a little bit of trouble checking in. The code that we were given didn't work. All in all really great place highly recommended again excellent location."

"Great lodging for our ladies retreat. Very clean and well stocked. The host has thought of everything you could need for your stay and if you forgot it in town...it was probably there. Felt just like home. Only a short drive into town for dinner and shopping but we loved the peaceful setting when winding down. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again."

"What a cool place to go! Phenomenal property with great views, nice flowing water sounds, and the cabin was perfect. We had a great visit here and enjoyed exploring the stream, fishing the stream, cooking out on the grill on the porch, s'mores over the fire pit, and the kids loved the hot tub to play in. The cabin had all amenities and some needed to just show up and live for a few days. We were impressed with what all was provided. The host was very responsive with just general questions as well. My two sons said they give the cabin more than a 5 star rating so that tells you how much it was liked. Was a long drive on the road coming in to get out and about to explore but was totally worth it for us with what all you got and the amazing property that was provided. Will definitely consider coming back when we go to the mountains again. Thanks for providing a great place to vacation! Until next time!"
