Funky, cool heritage property! Excellent check in and check out personnel. Spectacular location, beautiful art studio right behind the hotel, and one of the best coffee shops, also right behind the hotel. Fantastic proximity to everything Cranbrook, and complimentary parking. Superb!

Everything about the Almo was what I always hope for from a motel but never find. The room was clean and obviously newly renovated. The location is on the main drag a d very safe. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again when in Cranbrook.

While the motelmigh look a bit dated from the street view, that is deceiving. The motel has well decorated outside with baskets of flowers and it has obviously been well taken care of by the owners. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was bright and up to date. The bath room had current fixtures, including a whirlpool tub. The king bed was very comfortable and theroom was scrupulously clean. This is a great little inn!

Awesome stay as always! Only thing I suggest is an improvement on bedding. The bottom sheet is not fitted and too small and the sheet would work it’s way to the middle during the night and leave you sleeping on the mattress at the outer edges. Otherwise top notch and the friendliest, helpful staff anywhere.
