Very quiet and cosy. Beautiful surroundings. Great place to relax after a day at the wineries.

Nice stay for the long weekend!

Clean rustic getaway with a delicious hot breakfast made on prefer. Beautiful grounds. Amazing home made jam in flavours like raspberry lavender!

Great B and B!!!! Would stay again!

What's not to say about Whispering Springs? Great facility, wonderful glamping experience, and I recommend it to all. Payton was great in providing us with a tour and description of what the facility has to offer. Thanks everyone at Whispering Springs!!

Lovely inn. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Offer Keurig coffee machines with creamers. Wifi great inside, a little wonky outside. Nice views. Highly recommend. Book early as usually full.

Stayed for the location proximity to the event we were attending. When booking didn’t realized that breakfast was included. Have to say the breakfast offering surpassed any recent hotel breakfast that we have had! Lots of choices and fresh and hot! Staff were friendly and helpful

No fuss stay. Better than higher rated (and priced) alternatives. Clean room and bathroom, good bed, housekeeping, lots of amenities nearby. Friendly staff. This was my second stay there and won't be the last.

The staff were the most helpful in carrying our luggage to our room. I had my husband who is handicapped and our service dog. In the morning they took our luggage from our room and put it all in our car.The nicest, most helpful owners we have met on all of our travels.I tried to tip them for their extra service and they would not accept it. Outstanding, family owners.

The owners take pride and it shows. No hooplas, nothing fancy, but all perfectly fine!

my fiance and i stayed here for 3 nights on the 3rd floor and it was a wonderful experience! upon reading the reviews before booking i was very sceptical on staying here but i always like to see places for myself before judging and this hotel was between our budget. i was very impressed i can say that for sure! check in was super easy and quick, our room was clean. 3rd floor seemed very clean and put together as well. front desk always answered the phone when we had some questions. wifi was...

A nice motel right on the River with nice views

Just a quick stop in the way to Ottawa, but I was very happy with the room quality.

This place is a real hidden gem. It’s comfortable and quiet. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. It’s not too far from Toronto. Close by there are great dinner options and places to visit.

We saw one other motel while in Peterborough, and it was an absolute dump in comparison to the Blue Jay. The Blue Jay's rooms are nice and clean, and our room had a new air conditioner that cooled down the room in no time. For the price, and considering that it is a motel, the Blue Jay is a good option. We found the staff to be excellent: very kind and helpful people.

Great little hotel for the price. Quick and Friendly while checking in and out.
