"Nice room"

"The hotel lobby is beautiful but when I got to my room, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The bed is more firmer than normal which for some people might not be something they want. My real gripe is the bathroom had no working ventilation, the bathroom light stoped working 2nd day and the mirror on the door was not secured properly. "

"Room was clean but small. Extremely loud throughout the night hard to sleep not well insulated. Temperature fluctuates consistently throughout the day. High price on hidden charges and lost items using valet. Out dated elevators that need maintenance. Otherwise was good location to the heart of the city and very kind staff."

"It wasn't worth the price we paid. Our flight was delayed and we got there a day late and was still charged for the unused night. The telephone in the room didn't work. Water leaked onto the floor when taking a shower. No parking was available."

"Location was ideal for public transit. Clean and safe. House keeping staff did wonderful job no matter the time of day. "

"We were given a free upgrade which was amazing. The staff was so nice at check-in and with the valet. Loved our view as well. We will definitely be back. "
