"Most of the experience was decent, but the man working at the front desk when we were leaving was rude and unhelpful. I asked politely what time the airport shuttle comes next and he gave me a dirty look and said sarcastically that it comes every 15 minutes. We then waited for 20 minutes... One shuttle came but he seemed to be at the end of his shift, so he couldn't take us. We got to reception 20 minutes before we needed to leave, and ended up leaving 15 minutes late. It's stressful getting to the airport but being treated rudely for no reasonable "

"It was an okay trip overall. We traveled with family and friends and had a large group, which made it very difficult to get reservations at the restaurants. Unfortunately, we were never able to sit together during any of our meals. The front office staff wasn’t very helpful and didn’t try to make any exceptions, and they were actually quite rude to us a few times. The food was also just okay. Overall, the experience could have been much better, especially when traveling with a large group."
