Corfu Town Vacation Packages

The property was clean and spacious. We booked a 2 room apartment (both rooms are bedrooms one with fridge and sink) with a shared bathroom. The room was cleaned regularly and we had plenty of towels. Some parts were a bit tired but its the end of the season. It was great value for money. The host Alex was very helpful with local information on buses, restaraunts etc. The pool area was great about 10 sunbeds and 4 umbrellas, shaded by trees for part of the day. Very quiet, some days we had it to ourselves. Plenty of lilos to use. The pool bar wasn't open but this didn’t affect us. The property is located across the main Corfu Town road from Gouvia. There are pedestrian crossing so it was easy to the the 10 minute walks to the town or the marina. It is also ideal (2 mins) to the bus stop for either Corfu Town (20 mins, less than 2 euro) or other places on the Island. We took a 1 hour trip to Agois Geogios for 6 euro. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Sauna in the spa didn’t work. The à la carte restaurant wasn’t possible to utilise as the 2 nights we were there, for one of them it rained and the second night we didn’t book a table in time. Not possible either to book onto Pilates or the yoga as we didn’t do it in time, and the timetable was incorrect.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to the port. I really wanted to give the hotel 5 stars but our bathroom was not very clean. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The rugs/carpet in the hallway and elevator had a musty smell and were peeling up from the floor. Luckily the room was not carpeted so the smell was not an issue. The chairs in the lobby were dated and dingy. We chose to stand while waiting for the taxi. A few tweaks and this place could be a gem but right now it is a dud.
