" Mold on our bathroom ceiling! Only 5 pieces of Kleenex pushed into the little slot for tissue. The parking underground is ridiculously tight (we didn’t even dare go down to the third level) and when we came out of the garage we had to walk up stairs with all our stuff. I pre-registered to expedite our check in and yet the gentleman on the front desk was very slow….twice he tried to give me the wrong sheet of paper to sign when i had told him my name 3 times! On our first morning housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 to ask if we wanted housekeeping that day??? The breakfast buffet states a “minimal price” for morning breakfast, we asked how much it was and were told $16.95 so we said ok, and sat down. When our bill came they charged $3.45 extra for coffee (isn’t that usually included in a buffet? Upon deciding not to park in the underground on night two we drove all around the building to see if there was an alterior entrance to the front door and there was not. The parking lots are way to the sides of the building and with wind gusts up to 90km/hr and snow one morning it wasn’t great to have to walk to that parking lot…nothing close. Now to the swimming pool! We booked this hotel because we thought the pool would be great! No one told us you had to pre book what time you wanted to swim at and you could only swim for an hour at a time! There were so many kids without supervision it was terrible. Oodles of little ones in the hot tub doing scuba diving. Etc"

"This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else."

"Very affordable great place for the price you pay"

"Clean area, little hard to get around parking lot. Only hotel so far that has available Dove moisturizer and shampoo body wash that doesn’t smell generic. A gym next to the pool is awesome with open showers for rinse. Pool was a tad small but wasn’t busy at all. I enjoyed my stay very much would recommended except a bit further than another holiday inn from airport as they were the original. Definitely recommend if you’re not having to drive around the city for Alley-oop Tournament. Definitely a very busy location at night. Not many places near by for food without driving."
