"Room was clean. Maybe a bit too much air freshener. Staff was helpful, when needed. Waffles made breakfast satisfactory, however they had biscuits and gravy, with hard biscuits and super thick gravy. Again, waffles cover a multitude of sins. Coffee was hot and caffeinated! "

"Stayed in a room at the front of the property which we were told by a particularly uninterested member of staff at the reception desk was a quiet room. The hotel us close to a major road and the traffic noise was overpowering. The bli d fitted to window did nothing to external light. Tried to call reception from the room but the phones appeated to be switched off. We cancel our second night and moved elsewhere."
