Gruene Lake Ranch is a short term rental community that can host 100+ guests across the various cabins (individually rented)! Located on FM-306 less than 5 miles south of Whitewater Amphitheater. And a 10 min drive to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene! New shades installed on large front windows to give you additional privacy during your stay. Please note that the community is still under construction (we were the first phase to close). During the weekday hours there may be workers in the community finishing up homes and the community amenities like the pool, mercantile, and outdoor music area (which are away from the home). At this time, these are not yet available which is why nightly rates have been significantly reduced. There are two exterior Ring doorbell cameras at the front door and in the back parking area. The drive up to the unit was a bit rough due to the storms that passed through the area last week but it was worth it. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need for your stay from towls to blankets for hanging out at the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. My whole group was really surprised by how nice the unit was, the appliances are a great quality, the fixtures in the bathrooms are also great with crazy strong water pressure in the shower. The only possible complaint I could come up with is a couple of wheels are missing on the bottom rack of the dishwasher making it a bit annoying to pull out, but that's all I can find as a negative. Other than the one tiny issue this is a great place to stay! ##### Chris B.
