We had a great time at the house and property, I wished we had booked just one more day! We stayed 2 nights, my husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law. The house was very nice and very clean, we had everything we needed. No complaints at all. The river is right there, just a short walk down. There is plenty of shade. We sat with our chairs in the water, then took the tubes out and floated a bit. We bbq'd one night and made a fire in the firepit on both nights and sat around listening to music, had drinks. We went to a tubing service company and floated for 2-3 hours, loved that. The beds were comfy. I let my sister take the bedroom and my husband and I took the loft, the loft has low ceilings but It's mainly to sleep or lay in bed. We liked it, slept very well. I would definitely recommend this rental, the house, property and river access was perfect! I seriously cannot think of one negative thing. The home was comfortable and was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect location for our stay to fly fish. This was the perfect little house for myself and 3 girlfriends. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing. We loved having access to the river and were able to hangout there after we floated the river during the day. I can't wait to bring my family soon. Great house for kids, the loft is really cool, they will love it. Hosts are great a keeping up with communication. This is by far the best place we have stayed in our many years of coming to float the river! we will be renting again! ##### russ b. We were a little nervous renting a tiny house with our 3 teenage boys (19, 17, 15) but there was no need to worry! The house is small but is laid out so well, we never felt cramped or crowded. It is the cutest tiny home. Perfectly clean. My girls LOVED the loft for them to sleep in. All communication with the owners was prompt and so sweet. The property is gorgeous!
