"This cabin is my favorite vacation rental ever! The reality is better than the pictures. There are just so many things to like about this place. Immaculately clean, a comfy bed, charming decor with antiques and woodsy accessories, awesome stone fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, tucked in a gorgeous forest next to a beautiful creek with picnic table, firepits, hammock and chairs. Check-in was super easy. Supplies were plentiful - there were even dog bowls, treats and a kennel for our dog-and Cara is a gracious, responsive host. It is clear that Cara takes pride in offering an experience that goes above and beyond the typical vacation rental experience. I would love to come back!"

"Parking was easy and close to the room. The room was clean enough. The ac didnt have a working low setting so we had to keep it on high all night. The tub didn’t drain well so my feet were in standing water the whole time. It was a pit stop. It met our needs. I’d do it again."

It felt like a true escape—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature in every direction. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed (including a perfect set up for our very young children), while still keeping that rustic, mountain charm. Mornings with coffee on the porch and evenings under the stars were absolute highlights. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug, relax, and soak in the serenity of the mountains.
