The gentleman at the front desk was great, no complaints at all! It was also in a wonderful location with a tavern (Three Sisters) right across the street. I would just mention that it's definitely an older building. The water took about 5-10 minutes to fully heat up in the shower. Breakfast was just oranges/apples and go-gurts which is totally fine but if you're expecting a continental breakfast, ir wasn't that. It was perfect for a one night stay on the way from Great Dunes.

We have stayed here several times on our trips to Portland from College Station. They are very accommodating for our pets. They place us close to the back door for easy access. The rooms are comfortable. Will stay here again.

We stopped here for one night on our way to go camping. It was a good location for us with some great restaurants nearby. The hotel was quiet and pet friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good for the kids and we grabbed a cup of coffee at the convenience, store next-door on our way up the mountains.

This property really surprised us. Not luxurious, but extremely nice for a budget hotel. Nicely updated, very clean and comfotable, good continental breakfast included. Very close to I-25 for quick access.
