You have the complete home to yourself, 3 BR's, 1 Bath, a kitchen with basic tools to cook your meals, a gas fireplace, an extensive library with Old West books, history of the area books, children's books, survival books, organic gardening books, Christian books, maps, board games and cards, etc. The kitchen-(Gas stove and oven)-Cookware for preparing your meals-pots, pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, strainers, matches for lighting the grill above the stove, air fryer, Keurig with pods, tea kettle, cutting board, knives, can opener, toaster, hand mixer, cork screw, basic spices. (Flashlights in drawer next to frig.) The recreation room is in the 2-car garage with a pool table, foosball, table tennis, darts, treadmill and weight bench. There is a small refrigerator in here as well. The washer and dryer are in the basement for your use. There is a propane gas grill on the patio as well as a table, chairs and a swing. You can hear the roar from the creek below. Greenhorn Creek is a short walk (about 300') to the south boundary of the 3 acres.
