« We are used to staying in different hotels, but this one really stood out to us, unfortunately not in the best way. The service was very poor, with a complete lack of privacy due to catastrophic sound insulation that let in all imaginable noises, including those from the street. Our room was only prepared very late, around 3:30 p.m., and there were no towels available. The bathroom setup was also problematic, with the water heater located at the level of the shower cabin, exposing electrical...

« No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access. »

« J’avais réservé une chambre exécutive au 18 ème étage et je ne l’ai pas regretté : excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel de cet hôtel est très agréable. Seul bémol : le restaurant chinois est situé dans l’hôtel mais il est géré par un tiers : il faut prévoir payer sa note de restaurant avec du cash ou une carte de crédit, pas de possibilité de porter la note sur la facture de la chambre. Quant au restaurant japonais, il est géré par l’hôtel, mais il est cher et pas franchement bon ! »

« Warm shower, good elevators, nice beds, good a/c, id stay here again. Its no 5 star but it was comoftable and everyone was very kind. The location isn't as bad as it may look. There's a convenient store just beneath the building, gym next door, 7 eleven on the next block. Worth it and for a good price. »
