The initial encounter was great, however no one has mentioned that Internet services were down. Although I was given my access card along with my Internet access credentials which were not working at all. For which I was enforced to use my pocket wifi and pay for my own data to gain connection. Neither was my smart TV inoperable without Internet, neither did my Netflix and streaming services were available to work. It was challenging for me to get connected. Especially since I stayed for 2 nights. Upon checkout concierge has informed me that they were short of charging me for my early check in. However I replied that since I was not given any access to their Internet I refused to pay the extra on their error. As this was passed on to their management they waived the extra charge and wished me well outside the facility.
