Especially in such a hot country but after I explained I needed a fridge for my medicine I found one had been organised for me free of charge and delivered to my room within the hour. The hotel itself is difficult to locate because you can not see the property from the street, it’s behind another business and the signage is small, unlit, and buried behind the power lines. It’s really difficult to find if arriving at night. There was no working elevator as listed. On the plus side the rooms while showing their age are very clean. And very quiet when you close the door. Aircon and shower worked too. The mattress was in need of being replaced but was okay. Also, the front desk staff was not very approachable. Unfortunately, we saw a couple of roaches in the place, so we would not be interested in staying here again. The front desk/lobby hours were very convenient for the staff, but not for guests. However, the air conditioning was good, and the internet connection would hold if the room door was open slightly. The place is off the main road, but one can find it.
