Hello Brooke, This review is just blatantly untrue. I know you are writing this because I didn't give you a full refund. Here's why I did not provide a full refund: You called us when you had already left the space without notifying us about the window screens. I was happy to replace the screens right away and called someone right away to do so, you still refused to stay and wanted a full refund after we offered to fix the problem. We did not know a couple of window screens were broken until you checked in. We have a strict no refund policy because we lost out on those days that you were supposed to stay. The area is not bad, it's downtown Cobalt which people find awesome with walking to nearby grocery stores, boutiques, the water, etc. We've never had anyone complain about this space or the area. You can take a look at all of my other reviews on this platform as well as A*i*r*b*n*b and you will find Brooke's review does not align with everyone else. I go above and beyond for my guests to make sure they have a nice time at our properties.
