« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Yann est très gentil et s'assure de notre confort. Le chalet est situé très près des pentes de ski et proche du village de Lake Placid. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous aurions aimé une petite cuisinette, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés sans. Nous y retournerons! »

« My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again »

« We had a wonderful stay at this chalet. It had a cozy, warm vibe to it while having updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk into the shops and restaurants in Main St. We could get to the hikes and other activities easily. Communicating with Justin was excellent. He always responded with anything we needed in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We absolutely LOVED this Chalet! It is a warm, clean, cozy and very comfortable mountain home. We enjoyed watching movies and playing games with the fireplace adding warmth and ambiance in the background. We drove to Lake Placid several times and enjoyed the town, Ere’s Pizza and the local Olympic sites very much. It was a delight to communicate with Erica - she is very responsive and extremely helpful! Our family would love to come back in the summer and stay here again! »

Had visited a few times since it changed from Holiday Inn to Days Inn , but this time was the best!! First, the staff at the front office was super friendly. The room: clean, quiet and the bes, geez…wish I had that one at home. Thank you for the perfect night of sleep and rest. Will be back soon. "
