Towels in room could be upgraded and there wasnt a weather strip on the door which allowed light to come through. We stayed in an efficiency, Had the necessary items needed. No coffee mugs, however complimentary coffee in the office. A few restaurants were close. "

"If you are ok with 80s decor in the room you can’t beat the price. Clean rooms, new bathroom, new beds a plus. Would definitely stay there again. Best bargain on Clearwater beach by far. Free parking too, My friend paid 38 dollars per night at the Marriot! "

"Very good hotel, great locations and the rooms are spacious and well thought through. In particular Paul I’m in valet was very good and gave some great ideas for day activities. Lexi and Jaden were also very good as servers."

Paid extra for gulf view - very disappointed Decided on this hotel for its “private beach”claim not realizing the exorbitant fees charged to sit by the water. Spent vacation at pool which we could have done at a number of other hotels. Again very disappointed. Phone and safe not working when we arrived Breakfast buffet quite ordinary and not worth the price."
