« Carole was a great host and very helpful. It was our first time to stay “outside” of downtown Highlands but it was only a mile way. The weather was just right to enjoy the new fire pit outside as well as the fireplace in the living room (with wood and fire starter ready to light!).We had every thing we needed for eating in when we weren’t enjoying all of the incredible dining options nearby. It’s a little tricky if you want to walk into town but we found 2 options:Maney Rd directly across Hwy 28...

« The view and location was amazing! It was great to listen to the rushing water in the creek next to the house. Our host went above and beyond in providing a well stocked kitchen. Would stay there again! »

« The place is very comfortable, relaxing and serene with beautiful ciew of the lake. You can enjoy the outside from a swing on the front porch or lawn chairs around the firepit.The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. They left a bunch of goodies for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were treated like family. »

This apartment is so close in proximity to Blairsville, Hiawasse and even Hayesville! The outside deck was such a delight to sit and watch the deer walk all around the surrounding area.
