We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

A great location near both the entrance to the national park and the Gatlinburg ByPass. Close to the Parkway and on River Rd. A great value for a small motel that is clean and safe. This was my second stay.
