The lake house had all we needed for a nice and relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful. You can walk Down to the dock and ride the kayaks. It’s a very private area. The kitchen and rooms were spacious and equipped with everything you need and was very cleaned. Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Karen S. 12 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Very Isolated - but comfortable The house was great - very comfortable but very isolated. It was a treacherous walk down to the lake - we thought it would be closer but the path down there was not well maintained at all. I was too scared to actually get to the dock. The ramp to the dock was very steep and on some very big tires -that I guess support the dock. We thought there was a covered porch to sit out and have our breakfast watching the beautiful lake - unfortunately it was raining so we could not sit outside without getting wet. The road to the property was unpaved and not marked very well so we didn't venture out much. We walked around and there are some beautiful homes nearby but we didnt see anyone for days. There is one restaurant about 15 mins away but it was closed due to Hurricane Helene. The home was perfect. Dealing with the property company - not so much. We were isolated and if something bad had happened I dont think anyone would have found us. I much prefer dealing with a property owner - All in all - it was a nice very quiet trip ##### Karen S.
