"Unit was basically clean; maybe wouldn't have passed a white glove test in some areas but it is after all in a grove of trees. The description of "15 yds from lake" is probably correct BUT lake was nowhere to be seen from the unit, disappointing. Many lovely lakes are not far, however, and my son took me to them. She has thought of everything anyone could possilbly need and we really appreciated her generosity! The apartment is very welcoming and the patio area next to the creek was just divine! "This property was perfect for our quick weekend visit to the Hiawassee area. It fit my husband and I and our two teenage kids perfectly, and the owner was easy to communicate with. The location was ideal with a local coffee shop across the street, a local cafe/bar and ice cream shop in the same plaza, and a brewery with amazing views just up the road. Access to local trails and adventures was also key. Would def recommend this property."
