Clark Island Vacation Packages

Extremely poor construction. Daylight shining in around full perimeter of exterior door. Bathroom sink barely hanging onto the wall, propped up with a narrow PVC pipe held in place with a sheetrock screw. The tub was elevated about 10" above the bathroom floor. Took awhile to get hot water. The only ventilation in the bathroom was a 4" x 10" crank open vent. The bathroom door wouldn't slide closed all of the way. Toilet paper holder had broken off the wall. Final straw was finding a dead bug on the sheets near pillow. Technically, that's better than a live bug, but still a deal breaker. I won't be staying there again.

Over priced for a very small room and brown bag breakfast. Coffee was good.

The hotel was clean however, the room was extremely wet for some reason seems as though the air conditioner puts a ton of moisture into the room, causing everything that we owned to be damp. We work from the computer and need Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi was not good at this location. We ended up having to check out a day early and going to the Holiday Inn resort in Bar Harbor, which was extremely nice.

I don't like the fact that if check-in time is 3;00 that under no circumstances will they let you in before that. When you are on the road traveling you don't have an idea a lot of the time about when you will arrive. Would be nice to have someone say sure, for an extra fee you can have a room now or it will be ready in an hour. Better than having to wait 3 or 4 hours. I won't stay here again because of that very fact. I'd rather pay a little bit more and be able to get in a little earlier.
