« We were unable to do any work as the high speed internet did not work our entire stay. After multiple messages with the host the issue was never resolved. Thankfully we had other alternatives to get work done. »

« This is a fantastic location and the pool and hot tubs were a big hit for my daughter. It was nice to unwind in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The townhome was nice but a little beat up. Some of the dishes & pots and pans were dirty. I think the cleaners need to do a more thorough job. Overall the place was nice and properly advertised though. We will definitely come back to Collins Lake! »

« The property was very clean, ideal location. One factor was an issue: The unit was advertised as 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, in fact it was 2.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with an open space with a bunkbed. It would've been helpful if advertised correctly. Very helpful host, pet friendly. »

« We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the home. Upon arrival, we found a garbage bag full of seaweed in the closet, and another garbage bag with underwear and socks sitting on top of the washing machine. There were no soaps in the bathrooms and no hand towels in the main floor bathroom. The living room carpet had multiple stains that looked like urine, and in the master bedroom the mattress had been flipped upside down, which left us sleeping on the wrong side of it for the first...
