"I took my son snowboarding with friends for his birthday. This house worked well for me and the 3 teenagers. The driveway is a bit narrow and steep so that made parking somewhat challenging and unloading gear not the easiest. We liked the wood stove and the open kitchen annd living room. "Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction...

"Came in for only one night but had a great time in the area. Place is small but perfectly sized for 1 or 2 and tucked into a quiet side street off the main highway. Good local spots nearby and Mt Hood is maybe 15-20 min drive."

"The cute cabin is even better than what is described in the listing. We were very happy with the accommodations. Every detail was paid attention to by the property owner, down to having tylenol in the medicine cabinet and fresh coffee provided. When I left important items behind, the owner arranged to meet me so I could get them back in my hometown. MUCH appreciated! We will definitely go back to this little treasure."

"We had a wonderful time. The A frame is super cozy and great for a couples night out. You're in the privacy of the woods and even when it’s raining it’s beautiful. Loved the animals on the property too. They’re adorable."

"We had a blast at this cabin! It was easy to get to and very comfortable. We had a baby with us and the house wasn’t super kid friendly but that didn’t really matter because we were able to bring all the things we needed. I loved the dog friendly yard, river access and fireplace!"

"I enjoyed my stay but a few things did leave us hurt; there’s a place on the floor in-between the closet bedroom, main bedroom and bathroom that I cut myself on (I believed it’s the carpet staples) so just a fair warning for that! My diabetic friend that was with us dropped their insulin needle which resulted in us needing to move the dresser which we found a container of Parmesan cheese that was making a really odd smell in that room. "We wanted to spend the new years in the snow so we rented this cozy cabin as close to mount hood as possible. The pictures give this property no justice. The home is amazing and very roomy and clean. Even though it was no snow at snow bunny lodge we layed by the fireplace and played games as a family!! 10/10 recommend"

"We really enjoyed staying here. It was rainy and cold so we mostly stayed in the house and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We had waaaaay too much fun trying to one up each other’s fire making skills. The house had everything we needed. The mattresses were very comfortable. "We had a really nice time but I will say that the outside part of the property was not wet weather friendly. The roof that covers the patio leaks when it rains and there's no cover over the hot tub, which makes it unusable when it's raining. The house itself is gorgeous and full of most of the amenities that you need, which saves on the need to pack bulky items. The river is much much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Like much much bigger!!! LOL Communication with the host was amazing and...

"5 stars for this property. Super nice inside. The owner made us check in a little early without any problems. A plus is that the property is pet friendly and they also provide stuff for your pup if you happened to forget anything. The property was also really clean inside which made it feel comfortable when checking in. If my family and i were to be back around the area, we'll be definitely coming back."

"Boutique hotel near a streetcar stop. Clean room with full kitchen and den area. Extremely comfortable bed. The decor is funky but fun. Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car. "
