Great staff, awesome rooms, great amenities. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Cozy spot for couples. Breakfast is limited to coffee++ however

The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. We stayed in the king suite, and used the pull out couch for our daughter. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly, and had a nice patch of grass with extra dog bags and garbage for dog waste. We chose the Hampton Inn for the walking proximity to Strong Museum, and we were completely amazed at the hotel setup, cleanliness, and breakfast options!! I couldnt believe there was a waffle making station with ALL...

Went down for a mini-vacation to see the Strong Museum, which wasn't too far away. At the hotel, pool was nice, had a nice patio facing the river, and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Clean room, breakfast was perfect, quietly.Staff was ok.

Very clean property The staff are the most amazing Hotel team I've ever had, they were all friendly, engaging and very helpful. The manager does a wonderful job interacting with his staff and the guests.

Great weekend

Just there one night. Desk staff are super friendly. Breakfast options are plenty with hot and cold. Great value in Rochester South / Henrietta area!

Had a great experience there

Great place. Close to several places in a walking distance. Good restaurants close by as well.

This place is top tier, will absolutely go here again if we find ourselves in Rochester

Nice!

Booked through Expedia, which didn’t pass on the request for a crib so I had to ask for it there. They provided one and it was great. They moved us upon request due to noise of the elevator in fear of my youngest from waking up. Facility was clean, the pool was great for the kids, the breakfast was excellent as there was lots of options (eggs, sausage paddies, pancakes, cereal, fruit, bread, juice, dairy etc.), free wifi and ice machine. Location is less than 8 minutes from lots of shopping...

This budget hotel was a great place to stay with family. We were greeted and welcomed by Sara who was so informative and didn’t rush us out despite our many questions. We enjoyed the 24 hour beverage station, recommend adding hot chocolate as kids can enjoy. We found the room in good condition, comfortable and had sufficient towels for our sized family. We enjoyed our continental breakfast with a good choice of cereal, bagels, spreads, yogurt, milk and juices. It was not what we expected,...
