"Condo was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. Views through the treetops of the golf course lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning. Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway."

"We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Dark and uninviting. Not very clean. Supplies in kitchen-some ok but some was junk. Ok for making toast and coffee but not a meal. Add some colorful decor. Missing fire extinguisher, first aide kit, etc. Was visiting family. Not spending too much time in unit. I will be looking for another “owner” next Thanksgiving week.
