We remembered the manager from the last time we stayed there as he was amazingly after kiss canceled their last concert in ottawa and was amazing again. The rooms are great, clean and the staff are friendly. If i had to pick on anything its the parking. The lot is a bit small. Will for sure stay again"

"Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Parkikg was not bad just across the street at the CF rideau center the hotel does not offer parking. Make sure you use the underground parking its much safer and they lock the doors at night. Area is so convenient to walk everywhere, you are at the heart of down town. At times can get a little sketchy with the homeless and people with dependency issues but no fault of the hotel and theyre pretty harmless. "

"The full breakfast was decent but organization was poor. Coffee station was difficult to access because there was a long lineup for the food. Room was excellent: clean, renovated and accessible shower which is nice. "
