"This is not 5 star luxury by any stretch of the imagination. The decor in the rooms is very 60s and the bathrooms are tiny, and the sound insulation is not great, so expect to hear your neighbours, but still I'd go back. It's quirky in a nice way. Mr Monzini, first Italian on Everest, built the place and it's covered in his memorabilia. The location is fabulous, the price is reasonable, nd finally, the staff were great.
