« If you have a student at Belmont or Vanderbilt, this is the perfect place. We were able to walk to see our granddaughter's fashion show at Belmont, and she was able to hang out with us at the condo. It was exactly as listed: clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our three night stay so much! »

« The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have. »

« The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown.
