"The property is beautiful and serene. The hosts are absolutely wonderful. I was there for a business trip and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. I had a couple of meetings with employees who live in the Nashville area but office from home. The Milk Barn was perfect."

"We had an eventful week for a wedding and the farm house was the perfect place to come back to. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The relaxing atmosphere and peaceful vibe was incredible. I really can say this was above and beyond perfect. The owners were quick to communicate and helpful with all that was going on. "Very amazing home and property to stay at. Outdoorsy, comfortable and peaceful. Used the boats to fish on the pond and caught fish while the ladies enjoyed the awesome views. Equipped for just about anything you wanted to do. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a short drive from Nashville."

"We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was clean. Plenty room and fully stocked with even the smallest details for the 10 of us. The host was great and easy to work with. A breaker tripped and the host was fast to get it reset. Great host and wonderful home."

"We enjoyed this beautiful brick ranch set back from the road on a picturesque Tennessee river. The house is laid out for entertainment with a good size kitchen and large dining room table; all open to the living room and a huge picture window. It is a relaxing spot to enjoy with family!"

"This home was so perfect for our family getaway. We had 4 generations under one roof and everyone agreed that it was a great rental. Decorated so beautifully and very clean. Plenty of space for everyone to lounge around and relax. Huge kitchen for cooking with plenty of storage and huge fridge/freezer. "We loved the charm and big house lots of space"

"The tiny house was great! The only thing that i really didn't like was the proximity to the big house on the property. I mean its right there! However, nobody was staying at the big house so Randi offered me the use of the screened in porch area and the stairs down to the lake so i really can't complain. The tiny house itself was totally cute and immaculately clean! Out of town but still close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if im traveling by myself."

"Property secure and clean. Very easy walk to Broadway, 5-10 mins depending on your pace. ;) Parking in garage is extra three Hamilton but easy to set up and manage through the app. We parked and walked during our stay just due to close proximity to all the attractions, bars and dining. "
