« Gratidude Ranch was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for a long weekend. The main house, carriage house, and cottage were all clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! « We throughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet home! We were in town for a concert at the Caverns and although we didn’t spend much time at the home, we left wanting more! The house was perfect for 3 couples and the 1 bathroom wasn’t really an issue for us. Our only draw back, was that there was no central air conditioning, but the fans provided in the home helped circulate the cool air from the wall unit in the kitchen. « Absolutely Perfect!! There were 4 of us on a 3 day waterfall adventure and this was our second stay on the trip. The peace & beauty of the property was great!! The home was clean, we had a fully stocked kitchen and we used it & the grill!! We were greated by horses and donkeys that were so sweet!! « My family really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The home is well maintained and clean with all of the essentials. The views from the porch are wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bears during our stay. There were deer, a groundhog, and bunnies visiting frequently.Our only issue, that really didn't impact our stay much, is the way some of the plants were growing up the porch rails and causing more bees & wasps to also enjoy being there. The hosts are responsive and helpful. »

« I love this beautiful farm house which has been repurposed into a perfect vacation rental with 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, that would equal in beauty to any of the area cabin rentals. They have incorporated history of the past into the beautifully decorated house. It has all of the comforts of home. The host is very kind and easy to deal with.
