"The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the house is pretty run-down. The hot tub was not working, and the HVAC fan did not turn off. Doors wouldn't close without force—front door keybad as old and damaged. The host seemed to know the hot tub was an issue, and with it being super cold, we were pretty disappointed. Been to the Smokies 5 times, and this is the worst place, unfortunately."

"This house was very clean and spacious for the two of us. The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful. The beautiful home was located close to town and to the Smoky mountains. We are wildlife photographers and the bears that came by each evening gave us a few cute shots."
