Margaritaville was just far enough away from Broadway and everything else we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. Pool area was amazing! I will definitely be back! »

« The property is 20 mins from Broadway. They provide a shuttle service for 15$/day that takes you there . The staff were absolutely kind and wonderful. The facility was clean and the rooms are spacious. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. »

« The property is very clean and the outside has been recently renovated and patios redone. There is a wasp nests forming on our patio and due to one of us having severe allergies, we weren't able to enjoy that part of the condo. The condo has been clearly freshly painted and is clean. However, the mattresses are HORRIBLE. All of ours had well worn dips and the one that was in the two double bed room that was further from the door has a DEEP dip that you could fall into rolling over on the bed....

« The room layout was fabulous. The energy of Kayla at check in was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Unfortunately I have never stayed anywhere where I was constantly seeing insects of all kinds. Primarily in the shower area and the kitchen by the sink. My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the bug situation. »

« This hotel is super close to Broadway and other amazing go to places in Nashville. We loved that we could take a 2 minutes walk and already be on Broadway. They also upgraded us to a more spacious room that was extremely nice. The neighborhood also felt really safe for us two girls. Can’t recommend enough!! »

« Location is perfect as it is about 10 minutes walking distance from broadway's party area, perfect place to stay for all the Nashvile activities. And about 20-25 minutes walking distance from Nissan Stadium for football. Staff very courteous and efficient. Spatious appartment and perfectly clean. I will certainly come back to this place. »
