"The owner was so accommodating - views are unreal! We really enjoyed watching the gondola go over the deck and saw bears almost every day we were there. Can’t beat the location - only took us about 10 minutes to get to the Gatlinburg entrance to the park (and Crockett’s for breakfast!). Beds were comfortable and house is very clean. "

"Our suite was beautiful and huge! We had a good view from our balcony, not spectacular, but good. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, we had plenty of drawer space, closet space and the bathroom counter ran the entire length of the wall. So much room, plus two sinks in the bathroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the Spa that is AMAZING. You will really enjoy this resort. There is a Starbucks on site and a Margaritaville steps away. We will be back!"
