This is our second stay at this building. This room was great. Modern and cozy. We love the location as it’s walking distance to all the major attractions but far enough away to ensure quite and peaceful rest. Host communication is top tier and greatly appreciated. We will stay again!

Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Short UBER drive to Broadway and cheaper than paying for parking. Really like the option of parking in the garage at the condo. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

We had a trip to Nashville for my daughter’s softball tournament and this was the perfect place. The apartment was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week. A locked parking garage is a plus, we enjoyed the swimming pool, close to great shopping and Broadway! If heading back to Nashville would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our anniversary getaway at this cute condo. Host was very quick to respond to any requests we had. This place made you feel like you were right at home. We will definitely book here again if we are back in the area for another trip.

Everything was as advertised in the listing. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, beautiful bathroom and a wonderful walkout balcony right next to the pool. I would certainly stay again!

This was a great location very near the Gulch and tons of fine dining! The home was well cared for and had a very comfortable bed. This is a great option for a Nashville getaway!

The condo is located in a great location! Super clean and well decorated. The owner was helpful in providing detailed directions, codes, food recommendations & local attractions, etc. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was very nice! The apartment was clean and conveniently located to Downtown. Unit is secure and I felt very safe. Owners were very prompt when we had questions which was great! Overall, great stay.

Close enough to get too everything but out of the busy area. Place was well stocked and description was dead on. If you are able to walk it’s an easy 20 mins to downtown Nashville. Condo is in a quite and safe neighborhood.

The unit was clean,nicely decorated,bed was very comfortable. Nice, friendly coffee shop about 10 minute walk with reasonable delicious food! Ordered “out” the first night. Convenient. Uber was reliable and affordable also. Very well organized. Would choose this unit again.

#### quick fall break trip

first time to Nashville, and will definitely stay here again! Easy to park and free parking and easy access to The Gulch area and quick to 12 south area. Great central location for all the things we wanted to do! Clean and plenty of room for our family of 4

We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was a short drive to restaurants, stadium and bars. We will definitely stay here again.

#### Southern comfort!

Beautiful place exactly as pictured! The bed was so comfortable! The apartment was quiet and close to Vanderbilt and downtown. We had a car and the parking was convenient. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!
