The beds were comfy (and the bunk beds were surprisingly huge). The condo itself is just a quick drive to downtown (maybe 10-15 minutes). We had five people staying in the condo (2 in the main bedroom and 3 in the bunk bed room) and we never felt cramped. The living room had plenty of seating and although we never used the kitchen for cooking, it looked well stocked. I felt very safe in the area as well. Lots of families and people walking their dogs around during the day and pretty quiet at night other than general road noise.
