"Trouble with the toilet in the room from the first day. Wouldn't flush, overflowing, then wouldn't stop running. Had multiple calls for service and help, but nobody really solved the issue. Wound up using the public restroom to avoid using toilet in room. Floor didn't really get cleaned after the overflow other than us wiping it up with towels. No REAL maintenance people showed up. Should have complained more at the time I guess."

"Very nice courteous staff, always willing to help, different restaurants to choose from, I did wish the pools were a bit bigger but the beach is a walk away. Had vegetarian options for sure but largely carb heavy rather than rich protein sources but I guess it's vacation.😏"

"Everything was going okay , until my Room security got breached. Was out on an excursion and returned to a stranger passed out in my room who threw up as well. Spoke to the front desk about the Situation nothing but chatter and attitudes like I was wrong . I was told that the general manager let the person in. After 30 mins was able to speak to the general manager she apologized and offered a free massage at the Spa . If you Plan to stay here be mindful of your security."
