"Heather out front went above and beyond. Breakfast staff--super-friendly. We always look very much forward to the breakfast at CI&S. This is the worst that we have had anywhere. Not much food left--granted, it was close to close--and what was available was cold. The juices were watery. Bagels were good, though! And hey, it is FREE, after all. "

"Parking is not free at this hotel. We walked in and asked the man behind the counter because we saw signs all over the parking lot about using your phone to pay for parking and he was very rude about telling me I “absolutely HAD to pay for parking”. He didn’t know why the site said that we did not have to pay because you ALWAYS have to pay to park your vehicle at THIS hotel. Other than the front desk clerk, the hotel was enjoyable. Clean room, nice beds & clean pool. "
